    This is the cheapest in the area, because it is a new shop. I am a bit cynical in expecting that they will jack prices back up once they've established a customer base because all other United outlets are well above prices for this one. Save $5-10 on a fillup here for now.

    As someone said before, this is a great location for a fuel station. They seem to still have cheaper fuel compared to others in the area. Once in a while, their pricing is substantially cheaper. Plenty of bays too.

    The entry and exit from these 2 roads can be handy.

    Be prepared to wait a bit longer at the till because there are a lot of pumps off Dorset Road and Maroondah Hwy.

    Nice, new, clean. Pie face smells amazing the moment you walk in. Also usually the cheapest petrol/last to increase their prices

    It also helps that they have a pie face in there. Smells delicious and the same great pie face taste.
