  Be careful with the petrol not being full! I rented a van to move some items out of storage in a single short trip. When I filled the tank at the end of the journey it took at least three times the amount it should have. I told the operator (showed him the petrol receipt and the mileage) and he just kept repeating "it was full". Completely ignored the fact that it was impossible for the van to use that much. He basically ignored me and treated me like an idiot. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

  Inconsistent service. It was nice when we pick up the car, but one of the staff was really unfriendly when returning the car. He just grab the key from me and went on to inspect the car with a straight face without saying anything, as if I have made some serious mistake. This really put me off.

  They only do a 30 second inspection at the pick up but then try to blame old dents/scratches on you when you return the vehicle.

  Make sure if you use Budget that you take photos of the vehicle and thoroughly check for any dents/scratches before you drive away.

  Dealt with David at front desk. He was courteous and helpful to deal with. Rented a family 8 seater for a day. Was an hour late returning it and he kicked no fuss around it. Will highly recommend this business.
