  Work commenced 24-04-17 and finished 03-05-17. Vehicle delivered to Suzuki with 56865km on clock and was returned with 56913km (+48km). Invoice states 30litres of fresh fuel added, however fuel gauge at collection indicated quarter full. 48 kilometres of road testing then?

  Vehicle is available for collection 03-05-17. Contaminated fuel of approx. 30 litres to be taken away with vehicle otherwise disposal is $2 per litre.

  Call to Suzuki several days later. I am advised that injectors came back with no fault found. Suzuki has decided to wave the cost of $360 (probably due to no contact and time taken?) Further investigation required. Service agent suspect’s fuel, fuel filter or pump and will need to look into.

  The vehicle was scheduled to be looked at 24-04-17 @ 8am. Suzuki kindly agreed to accept the vehicle Saturday 22nd. Pity the message didn’t get to the staff on site when I arrived, however they accepted my vehicle without issue.

  I phoned Suzuki a couple of days later and was advised that the fuel in the tank has been found to be contaminated. Service agent agrees to forward an email with a photo of the fuel in the tank as part of a claim with fuel supplier.

  I had a lovely experience with the servicing department today. The boys were very professional and clear with me. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw they had not only washed my car but vacuumed inside also! Everything was left exactly where it was and I couldn't thank them enough. The sales team need a little cheering up but otherwise I'm very happy with Eastern Suzuki.
