  I have travelled 5 times now booked through the manager Jeanette in this store, each one being better than the last thanks to her expertise. Jeanette is very professional and lovely to deal with!! I highly recommend this store!!!!

  Holiday went well until we had to return and we were looking forward to coming back on Emirates(as booked),but flight was changed to a Qantas flight,earlier and we nearly missed the flight but for the hotel telling us to get to the airport quick.Still waiting for a call frm Flight Centre on this.

  I know it is my job to check all details but in future if flight centre staff can be more proactive and insist on viewing passports at time of booking,this problem could have been averted.

  Everything was going well until we got to the airport for check in to Qantas counter and one name on passport wa slightly incorrect,we we not allowed to board with Qantas until problem was fixed.Can't blame Qantas but because flight centre staff did not insist on viewing passports at time of booking,we had to wait till next day to fly thus resulting in extra costs,e.g.hotel accom.etc being incurred.(not sure if refundable under insurance policy,maybe Jeanette can call me.
