  Really wonderful, knowledgable and helpful staff, that give great recommendations for new fish in community tanks. The fish we get there are always well looked after and healthy. Very good free water testing service- a great local shop we LOVE to support.

  Had a really bad experience which was disappointing that it couldn't be resolved. I was after Black pond dye, they didn't have it so I was advised the alternative was blue pond dye and the lady said to just use a bit more of it to deepen the colour. I ended up using the whole bottle! (which should have lasted me a few refills as per the store attendant). But the blue still wasn't a deep blue and to me looked ridiculous and fake, and I could still see the plug on the bottom of the pond!. Went back in store hoping for an alternative solution or refund ($12.95 product so not too expensive) and was told no, with no alternative solution as I had used all the product. The two customer attendants said it looked good to them so that was it. Very poor customer service for a local store. Won't be using again.

  We find Regency Aquarium a great place to deal with. Barbara is always friendly and helpful. Good prices and good service.
